Our policy at Blow It Up YXE:
All parties are under the control of weather, sickness etc, which is out of your control, so we understand if you need to cancel your party.
We will refund your deposit or rebook your party.
Please be courteous and give us adequate notice. (preferably not when our people are on their way with the bounce house).
Loader Up N Go Rules:
Please be on time for pick up and drop off (you will receive a text for pick up and drop off times)
Please proceed to the back of the building for pick up/drop off (address will be included in the text for pick up)
You will be given a bounce house, pegs and a blower (please ensure all equipment is returned)
Please bring ID and a Credit card for pick up
You must have a truck for pick up (workers will assist with loading it)
If you are not on time for pick up or drop off there will be a charge of $50.00 for every hour you are late (as our staff are here waiting for you!)
